The Expert in Industrial Project Management and Operational Excellence (EMPIEO) work-study program at in&ma is intended for applicants that hold a first-year master’s degree with a primary focus on industrial, technical or scientific studies. The curriculum covers the management of “complex” (collaborative, multi-project, multi-site, intercultural, international) projects and operational excellence expertise (industrial performance, lean manufacturing, supply chain, lean management). The program teaches students the skills for change management, problem solving, human resources management and financial steering for an industrial unit in an environment shifting towards industry 4.0. It also prepares students for Green Belt certification.
