These strategic managers are able to oversee and control a production unit as well as the multi-project management and industrial performance improvement on production sites. They hold leadership positions with high levels of responsibility and substantial budget management duties while often times managing very large teams. The SPI master’s program can be taken to add strategic and tactical skills to the technical and managerial skills provided in the RPPI master’s program.

  • Completed or currently completing a first-year master’s degree specializing in industrial organization, continuous improvement, supply chain, or industrial engineering

Entrance Examination

Half-day, 3-phase selection process before a jury:
